Requesting access
Joining the list records your interest only. It does not create a paid subscription, guarantee admission, reserve capacity, or promise a particular launch date, feature or integration.
Your information
You agree to provide accurate business contact information and not to submit information belonging to another person without permission. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, send automated spam, or use the form for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Instagram access and messaging rules
Any future integration will be available only for eligible Instagram professional accounts using Meta’s official authorisation flow and the permissions approved for FlyingDM. Features depend on Meta’s APIs, account settings, app review and messaging rules. FlyingDM will not enable unsolicited messages or automated replies outside the messaging windows and interactions permitted by Meta.
Content and intellectual property
The FlyingDM name, design, copy and product materials belong to their respective owners. These terms do not grant a licence beyond ordinary viewing and use of the website.
Instagram and Meta
Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms and its affiliated companies. FlyingDM uses the Instagram name only to describe the service with which the product is intended to work. FlyingDM is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta or Instagram.
Availability and liability
This preview is provided for evaluation and may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FlyingDM is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use of this preview. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you use this site as a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory protection under the law of your place of residence or any right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
